Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 packages of refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lb Ground sausage (sage)
- 4 eggs
Directions
Step 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. Prepare 1 packages crescent rolls into a crust by rolling dough with rolling pin to fit the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan or jelly roll pan.
Step 3. Brown sausage in a skillet and drain off fat.
Step 4. Mix cooked sausage, cheese, and beaten eggs in a bowl.
Step 5. Line mixture of crust.
Step 6. Prepare a top crust just as the bottom crust with a sealing of the edges.
Step 7. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut and serve warm.
