Avocado Tuna Wraps
This simple lunch idea can be assembled in 10 minutes, and is packed with healthy protein, ditches a gluten-based, traditional wrap for lettuce, and combines lime flavors with garlic and cilantro.

Ingredients
- 2 large avocados
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice
- 15 ounces canned solid white tuna in water, drained
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- ¼ cup diced celery
- 2 Tablespoons diced cilantro
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 Leaves of Bibb or Butter Lettuce
Directions
Step 1. Dice the avocados and add to a large mixing bowl with the lime juice. Toss to coat.
Step 2. Flake the tuna into chunks and add to the bowl with the avocados. Add in the remaining ingredients.
Step 3. Fold ingredients together.
Step 4. Divide evenly among leaves.
Step 5. Serve immediately.
